Witnesses sought to potential assault in Dover


Witnesses to a potential assault of a teenage girl in Dover are being urged to come forward.

Officers are looking to establish the circumstances in which the 16 year old was found with minor injuries to her legs and are keen to speak to anyone who may have helped her.

It is understood the teenager was found at around 5.45pm on Monday 14 April 2025 near the roundabout at the Coombe Valley Road and Poulton Close junction. She subsequently attended hospital as a precaution and for treatment.

Enquiries are ongoing to establish what happened to the girl, as her whereabouts before being found remain unclear, and anyone with information which could help the investigation is encouraged to come forward.

Officers are especially keen to speak to members of the public who reportedly found and helped the girl near the roundabout.
