You may have seen my message yesterday about an Easter event which was to happen today…  

Here's what was happening. 

Today, we were at the Easter Eggstravaganza on the Barrowcliff Estate, hosted by The Parent Pod. 

Sergeant Tom Wilkinson from our Scarborough Neighbourhood Policing Team was there with our mobile police office to chat to those attending, which included the Easter Bunny. 

The Parent Pod is a welcoming, non-judgemental space where parents and caregivers of SEND children can connect, share advice, and access practical support. 
Through coffee mornings, group discussions, and tailored activities for children with additional needs, they provide encouragement, resources, and a strong sense of community.

There will be a coffee evening on Wednesday 7 May between 7pm and 9pm at Wreyfield Drive Church Hall with the Parent Pod and S.E.N.S.E.S. for parents and carers of children with additional needs.
