Good morning, 

Today at approximately 10:00 hours we received a phone call from a member of the public who was concerned about someone starting a fire in the toilets along WATERSIDE EVESHAM. PC WARREN and I attended the scene shortly after and located the suspect along BRIDGE STREET. He was arrested for Arson and being in possession of Class B. 

Witness appeal - The male was in possession of a pedal cycle which he cannot account for. If anyone recognises the below pedal cycle can you please get in contact with me. We will need to see some sort of proof of ownership.
