I wanted to start giving an update from the virtual drop in sessions so that everyone is aware of what is happening in there local area. We had a smaller turn out then usual today so there is not as much to update on.

Reports of ASB, fly-tipping and obstructive parking has been reported in Brailes Grove. We will be responding to this immediately and reporting the fly-tipping to our partners, give out tickets/remove any vehicles and monitor the ASB in the area. If there is any further information, please get in touch. 

Whilst we don't cover all of Small Heath, further issues in Sara Park with regards to drug use has been reported. The Small Heath neighbourhood team have already stepped up patrols here and we will be looking to assist. I have also passed this to the local team.

Updates were requested around the PSPO (Public space protection order) in place on the Coventry Road due to illegal traders operating. I have taken the details of the traders and passed them to the local neighbourhood team and asked for an update to passed out via WMNow. Due to the PSPO ending at Muntz Street (We cover from Muntz Street to Heybarnes), i was unable to give any updates about the PSPO.

I will be looking in the coming weeks to increase our communication via WMNow, specifically with weekly crimes updates and prevention advice so that you are aware of what is occurring in your community. 

We will also be getting the mobile police station to be able to do some mobile surgeries. Once we are able to obtain this, we will communicate out locations and times.
