Image appeal following public order incident in Bournemouth

Officers are issuing an image of a man they would like to identify as they investigate a public order incident in Bournemouth.

It is reported that at around 2.50pm on Saturday 8 March 2025 a man and woman were driving along Parkwood Road when two men on bikes began cycling alongside their vehicle.

When the vehicle came to a stop, the men reportedly threatened the occupants of the vehicle with a knife.

It was further reported that the female occupant was spat at, and damage was caused to the window of the vehicle.

The men reportedly then cycled off in the direction of Colonnade Road.

Police Constable Stephen Golesworthy, of Dorset Police, said: “This was a distressing incident for the victims and we are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances.

“I am now issuing an image of a man I would like to identify and I would ask anyone who recognises him to please get in touch."
