Dear Resident

As the Task Force Sergeant for the area i have been reviewing the Lancashire Talking results and you have told us that the use of off road bikes , E Bikes and scramblers  (like the one photographed ) are causing the public alarm and distress in the Chorley and South Ribble area.  

As such we will be doing some targeted operations over the summer to target our repeat Offenders and locations.  

If you know of any repeat offenders and locations you can reply directly to me on this message.All replies will be treated confidentially.
