Thomas Park, 41 years old, of 7 Green Street, Lancaster has been sentenced to a 12 week custodial sentence for a theft and a breach of his Criminal Behaviour Order that he committed on 21/04/2025.

Park had only been released from prison on 10/04/2025. He received this prison sentence for previous thefts.

Park has a Criminal Behaviour Order which was placed on to him by the courts in order to prevent his criminal behaviour. We are attempting to impose more Criminal Behaviour Orders on shoplifters in order to prevent their criminal behaviour but also because then we can get a better positive outcome and longer prison sentences.
