ARREST | On Wednesday 23rd April a male who has been identified as repeatedly engaging in alcohol related disorderly behaviour and harassment in the Pellymounter Road area of St Austell was arrested, charged and remanded to court for these offences. The Neighbourhood Team have requested the court to consider the application of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) on conviction to prevent and deter the male from engaging in such behaviour in the future.
