Dear Resident We are investigating a shed theft which occurred on Belbroughton Road, Hackmans Gate, Broome The theft occurred between sometime overnight Friday 25th April. Two sheds have been entered, locks have been broken and handles smashed to gain entry. The sheds were located near to a field where the thieves have broken a fence to gain access. They used the owners garden furniture to get from the garden to a field where a vehicle was waiting to transport the stolen items. Sthil chainsaws including a pole chainsaw, brass door knockers, horse brasses, bells etc were all stolen. Some of these items were in drawers, which the owner found strew on the grass verge nearby. The contents having been tipped out to the waiting vehicle. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.
