Community Engagement Yesterday


Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team yesterday morning spent some time speaking to the key stage 1 and 2 children at Youlgrave Primary School about the topic of Anti Social Behaviour. 

 

During the morning and afternoon of yesterday, officers from the team also held crime prevention events in Bakewell on Matlock Street and Bridge Street. These pop-up events was set up to give members of public an opportunity to speak with officers about any concerns and complete Derbyshire Talking surveys.

 

While conducting patrols in the Bradwell area yesterday afternoon, officers also dropped in at Coffee and company event which is held within the library area of the Memorial Hall in the village. 

By conducting these engagements throughout the day officers have spoken to about various topics arranging from Anti Social Behaviour with the school children to crime prevention with people who stopped and spoke to us during our events we have held or dropped in at.
