West Dulwich SNP meeting, Oakfield School, 30th April from 19:00

To Neighbourhood watch Members and Co-ordinators in West Dulwich

From Philip Virgo as West Dulwich SNP Chair and Lambeth Development Lead

This is to remind you that all NHW Groups are expected to send representatives to their local Safer Neighbourhood Panel. Please do join us … as usual Susan has put together a strong agenda and hopefully we will not only meet the new Community police team but have an official update on the current reorganisation

The next West Dulwich Safer Neighbourhood Panel meeting will take place  at Oakfield School (north side of the Thurlow Park Road) next Wednesday 30th April from 19:00.

Please e-mail wdsnpsecretary@gmail.com if there is anything that you would like included on the agenda.

So far we have:

Agenda:

  • Introduction and Apologies
  • Update on actions from the last meeting (those not previously communicated
  • Police report and crime stats
  • Councillors update
  • Fire Brigade Update
  • Station 2 Station Update
  • Road Watch Update
  • Lambeth NW Update
  • Dangerous Driving at Lovelace/Rosendale Junction
  • Priorities for next quarter
  • AOB
  • Date and Place of next meeting
  • Also the police have simplified their email address so please update your records - WestDulwich@met.police.uk copied above.

Most of what I have so say on the Lambeth Neighbourhood Watch update is covered in the Alert sent to you earlier this evening though I may have a little more to add on the action outstanding on me from the last meeting - where progress has been slower than i had hoped.

The main item for discussion regarding NHW will be “when and where to meet” to discuss what we “really” want do locally … morning, afternoon, evening, on-line , off-line, over alcohol or coffee … ??? .
