Good Morning,

Over the last number of weeks we have seen an increase of Anti-Social Behaviour and drug use in the estate of Ashbury Close/Shilton Gardens/Linslade Gardens. The area is just off Derby Street and seems to have be a hotspot for activity on a daily basis where large groups are congregating in the ginnels and causing nuisance for residents by playing loud music at night and take drugs.

If you are in the area and spot any activity on-going please feel free to report it to myself via responding to this message. I am in the the process of organising an operation in the area with ourselves and other partner agencies to tackle this problem head on and require times dates when it seems to be at its peak. That way we can target these groups at the most optimal times and try to make the area more safer for residents.
