Dear Resident,

I have been pleased to meet many of you since joining the Neighbourhood Policing Team in 2023, and my team and I continue to focus our efforts on what the community expects from their local officers.

We have worked hard over the last few months on our current Cheshunt West priorities, which I know many of you will be familiar with. Whilst our priorities currently remain as dealing with vehicle related anti-social behaviour (both the e-scooters/off-road bikes and car meets), I am keen to ensure that our priorities are always based around the feedback we receive from our residents.

Every four months, we ask the public for feedback through our Priority Setting Survey. This survey allows us to gather your feedback and establish policing priorities for your area. The results are reviewed by a number of colleagues, including myself, which gives us the opportunity to understand how the community feels.

With the launch of Herts Connected last year, we have seen thousands of people sign up and this number is steadily increasing.  However, whilst I am grateful for those of you who have already completed our Priority Setting Survey, many of you have not yet taken the opportunity to provide your feedback and help shape our future policing priorities.

My ask of you is to take 5 minutes of your time to complete the survey linked below, and be part of shaping what you want the Cheshunt West Neighbourhood Policing Team to work on in the future.
