Operation Aurora (Speed enforcement) Tasley

PCSO Scott from Broseley and Much Wenlock SNT accompanied PC Schaap whilst she carried out speed enforcement in Tasley this morning.

Officers from the different Safer Neighbourhood Teams based from Bridgnorth Police Station often work together in efforts to reduce speed on our local roads.  We are pleased to report that of the vehicles checked there was an average speed of 22.1mph within the posted 30mph speed limits.

Speeding is the biggest cause of casualties for death or serious injuries.  The Operation is in line with both Parish Council priorities the local Policing Charter.
