In the afternoon of Sunday 27th April PCSO 66123 Whitworth and PCSO 65029 apprehended a male who they saw running across the BP garage forecourt on Didsbury Road, Heaton Mersey with a basket full of goodies from M&S.  

They detained the male nearby and response officers attended and arrested the male.  He was taken to custody at Cheadle Heath Police Station where he was subsequently charged with shoplifting and remanded to appear before Stockport Magistrates today!
