Good evening.
The next monthly coffee morning in collaboration with @zinthiyatrust is this Thursday 1st May 25 from 10am x 12pm at The Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre, Rothley Street, Leicester, LE4 6LF.
There will be so much help and support available on the day that everyone can access directly.
The below agencies are confirmed to attend, however due to demand/Staff shortages there may be some agencies who cannot make it on the actual day:-
1. @LPEastLeics - Officer from the beat will be there to talk about any concerns you may wish to raise or to get advice on Crime prevention & reduction.
2. @zinthiyatrust - Local Domestic Abuse Charity that also provides financial help and support around utilities, debts, benefits and so much more.
3. @sirm.officials :- Their recruitment drive focuses on raising awareness of the range of programmes they offer, including Fashion and Textiles, Business, and Digital Technology at Levels 4 and 5. These higher-level qualifications are designed for adult learners and young adults looking to further their education and progress their careers
4. @charitylink :- Help those living in poverty and/or financial hardship
5. @Juniperlodge :- Support for victims who have been subjected to sexual assaults.
6. @GroundworkFiveCounties - Help improve lives and communities by providing Sustainable Solutions.
7. @leicspolice:- Fraud officer will be there to raise awareness of different types of fraud and giving out Fraud prevention advice.
8. @Dorcasuk - An organisation who support women/girls who have been a victim of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)
10. @BrothersPharmacyLeicester - They will be offering free Blood pressure checks.
11. Diabetes Self Help Group Leicester- Support for those with diabetes.
12. @HealthwatchLL :- Health & social care champions who feed your experiences back into the NHS.
13. @brahmakumaris :- Leicester- Teach yoga and meditation.
14. @lwacharity :- Domestic Abuse Charity that helps families, adults and children who are victims of Domestic Abuse.
15. @weaadulteducation - Offering Various Educational courses for adults. ✏
16. Belgrave & Spinney Primary Care Network (PCN) : Build on primary care services to enable greater provision within communities.
17. @ageuk - Age UK's Last orders project helps those wanting support with alcohol addiction.
18. @equalityaction - Help those facing barrier's to accessing support by offering advice and assistance around matters such as immigration, debt, welfare.
19. @Nationalenergyaction:- Advice on saving money on Energy Bills and how to stay warm.
20. @NIHRLeicester - Research around numerous health conditions.
21. @PeepulEnterprise . Promote their Mental Health Cafe and other services they provide for the community.
22 @TurningPointSocialEnterprise - Support for those who want help for substance misuse.
22. @LPTnhs - Mental Health Partnership offer help, support and provide signposting to the numerous support agencies out within the communities.
23. @FashionTechnologyAcademy - Offering Free Textile Courses.
24. @LeicQuetzal - who support women & girls who have been a victim of historic child sexual abuse.
25. @PAHousingUK - PA Housing will be there to speak to their tenants around any issues they may be facing and concerns they may wish to raise.
