On Saturday evening, officers attended a location in Huntswood Lane, Burnham, to recover what was believed to be a stolen vehicle. On arrival, a large-scale operation was revealed, which is suspected could involve multiple stolen vehicles; being broken down and sold for parts. There are in excess of 200 vehicles in various states of disrepair, some of which are suspected to be stolen. 

A scene watch is in place, which is extensive, and spans two separate sites within the same geographic location. Detectives and uniformed officers are on site for the next 2-3 days, however it is anticipated this might be extended, once the site assessment has been completed. We have made 4 arrests at this stage, and these individuals have since been released on conditional bail.
