Local News

Thank you to those who came up to the office on Fairfield this evening to get your bikes marked.  As usual, this event proved very popular.  We also had the youth workers from BLEND pop in for a quick chat along with some young people in the area.  Today has been a successful one in terms of engaging, not only with the community, but also our partners.  We earlier attended a meeting with a representative from high peak borough council parks team, looking at ways to design out anti-social behaviour on one of our local parks as well as meeting with workers from a local housing team to discuss safeguarding issues.

In summary, today was both diverse and productive. It is essential to recognize that neighbourhood policing encompasses more than just the enforcement of laws; we work collaboratively with various agencies to seek solutions to persistent issues within our communities.
