Appeal for witnesses to homophobic abuse incident outside Pittville Pump Rooms


We are appealing for witnesses following a report that a group of teenagers assaulted a woman and subjected her to homophobic abuse in Cheltenham.

 

It was reported that a group of teenagers pushed the woman and shouted homophobic abuse at her.

 

This took place as the woman was walking past Pittville Pump Rooms at around 6.15pm on Monday 28 April.

 

The women was left shaken but uninjured.

 

The group were described as being between the ages of 14 and 17.

 

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV or dashcam footage which they feel is relevant.
