We have had a report from the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 27th) of a burglary on Clockhouse Avenue.

The victim reported that the burglary occurred between 11pm on Monday, and 1.20am on Tuesday.

Entry to the property was gained via the rear door, with suspects burning the lock. 

The suspects stole £50 in cash, and 3 sets of vehicle keys. Fortunately, all vehicles remained at the property.

Please bare this incident in mind if you see any suspicious activity in the area in the coming days. If you see any suspicious activity, report via 99 or 101. If you have CCTV cameras/doorbells cameras, take a moment to ensure they are charged and in full working order. Also ensure that your car keys are not in a visible place in your house, and double check your doors and windows are locked.
