We are still experiencing vehicle thefts around the Sketty/ Dunvant and surrounding areas.

DONT BE A VICTIM OF CAR CRIME!

on leaving your car:

* lock doors, windows, boot and sunroof every time you leave your car, however briefly.

* Don't leave bags, money or any valuables on display

* Take audio/ phones and satellite navigation equipment with you

*Fold in wing mirrors to prevent damage

Parking:

*keep you car in a garage if possible

*Park in a well lit location

*Look after your car keys, keeping them in a safe place, away from windows and doors.

Even though most of us do all of the above, vehicles are still being stolen, so please be vigilant.

Offences can take place everywhere, in a car park, at the side of the road, or even on your drive!
