Speed enforcement activity

PC 22736 NEWBOROUGH and PCSO 40342 NEWBOROUGH have been out this evening on Sommerfeld Road, Hadley conducting a speed survey. The average speed out of  one hundred recorded vehicles was 28.27mph. There were only a few vehicle that started to creep over the 30mph limit and these were given words of advice. We have also spoken to local residence who expressed that they were happy to see us there, monitoring the speed in their local area.

Please remember the speed limit is there to keep people safe.
