Dear Members, Here’s a quick round up from me and the rest of the Darlaston neighbourhood policing team.
What’s been happening
Its ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Awareness week June 30th -July 6th, the team are out and about addressing your concerns. We are raising awareness of ASB and how to report it. Your local neighbourhood teams have a whole programme of activity taking place across the LPA to support this important initiative. We have specially trained ASB officers who pick up local issues and work with the community and partners to address them.
SCHOOL ENGAGEMENTS Officers from Darlaston neighbourhood conducted an Assembly about ASB at Woods Bank Academy. It’s important to address issues such as ASB, we want young people to understand what ASB is and what they can do to keep themselves and their communities safe.
WHATS COMING UP THIS WEEK
COMMUNITY DROP-IN SESSION Darlaston Library King St, Darlaston, WS10 8DE Saturday July 5th Time: 11:00
Officers will be in attendance to address your concerns. As this is ASB Awareness Week officers will address ASB and how people can report it. Advise people that they can visit our website to report ASB. if it’s an issue that is dealt with by one of our partners we will signpost people to the right place to report i.e. local authority, housing providers, so why not pop in for a chat and a cuppa.
