    Team Highlights

On 27 June 2025, the team visited Somerville Primary School at 9:00 AM for a Coffee Morning, covering:

  • Knife crime and personal safety
  • Exploitation awareness
  • Preparing for transition to secondary school
  • Career pathways in policing
  • Tackling racism and hate crime
  •

We strongly believe early education builds safer futures for our young people.

    Cuppa with a Coppa

  • We are just confirming the next cuppa with a coppa for July
  •

Several key concerns were raised at our cuppa with a coppa raised last week:

  • Parking issues on Corbyn Road, with requests for warning notices to be issued where appropriate. A vehicle believed to have been abandoned for around four months, was highlighted for possible removal.
  • Concerns about auctioned vehicles being left on the road, some without tax or MOT, taking up valuable parking space.
  • Ongoing speeding concerns were raised, and we’ll  be looking to arrange more Community Speed Watch sessions in the near future.
  • We spoke about Operation SNAP, WM NOW, and options for anonymous reporting, as some attendees preferred not to be seen reporting issues.
  •

    Virtual Drop-In Session

  • 🖥️ Join us online for a Virtual Community Drop-In Session on Sunday, 29 July 2025, between 4–5 PM.
This is your chance to speak directly with local officers, raise concerns, ask questions, and hear updates — all from the comfort of your home.
(Link and access details to be shared via our social media and community channels.)
  •

     - A letter will be going out o residents of Frankton Grove on Saturday due to complaints of parking. However this is tight Grove and we would rather have a sensible solution that the residents agree with. As such we will host a meeting there to gather thoughts and agree on a plan moving forward
