Dear Resident A vehicle has been interfered with on Saturn Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5PD, at 23:18 of 30/06/2025. At material time the offender has walked onto the victims property and attempted the victims door handle on their vehicle. Offender made off to victims neighbours vehicle when the victims door handle did not open.
Suspect was described as young female, wearing white cropped t-shirt, lycra blue shorts, black socks, Nike flip-flops, carrying a Nike backpack, hair pulled back, white sunglasses on her head, tattoo on her right arm and charm bracelet on her left wrist.
