Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week

What is Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week?

The week of 30th June – 6 July 2025 is the UK’s national ASB Awareness Week, which is supported by HM Government, the Civil Service, all Police and Fire forces in the country, Historic England, and thousands of housing providers, local authorities and community groups.

Here in East Herts your four local Neighbourhood Policing Teams are busy working with partners and carrying out a number of engagements across the area. These include visiting areas where ASB is a reported concern, educational and proactive interventions as well as carrying out visual audits in areas such as Town Centres to work to prevent ASB from occurring.

Our partners at East Herts District Council work alongside East Herts Police to tackle reports of ASB, they have produced an online guide below that gives advice on:

  • Anti-social Behaviour Awareness Week

  • What is and is not considered Anti-social behaviour

  • How to report ASB

  • East Herts Community Safety Partnership

  • Support for victims of ASB

  • Powers used to stop ASB, as well as other means of intervention

  • Details of the ASB case review

  •
