Business Burglary, Theft of Motorcycle, Theft of banner, community updates and upcoming events

I hope you are all having a great week. Please find at the bottom of this e-mail the locations I have patrolled from 18/07/2025 - 22/07/2025 and upcoming street surgeries. 

Banner theft 

We have received a report that on 17/07/2025 between approximately 03:42am - 04:11am the above business banner was stolen. It was located between the Trentham Cemetery and the Brook along the A34. I have done thorough searches for the banner in the woodland surrounding the brook, in the hope that the banner had been discarded after being taken. If you have any CCTV or information that may help our enquiries please reply to this message, thank you. 

Motorcycle theft 

We have received a report that on 20/07/2025 that the above motorcycle was stolen from a residential garage in Eastwick Crescent. The theft possibly occurred around 4am but cannot be confirmed at present.  If you have any CCTV or information that may help our enquiries, please call 101 quoting serial 258 of 20/07/2025.

Business Burglary 

We have received a report that on 22/07/2025 at approximately 03:59am a burglary occurred at Fast Lane Service Centre, New Inn Lane, resulting in two vehicles being stolen. One vehicle has since been recovered.

School visit

On 17/07/25 myself and PCSO Eggleton attended St Johns CE (A) Primary School, where all year groups, from reception to year 6 had the opportunity to see a Police vehicle, with many enjoying putting the blue lights and sirens on. Thank you to everyone at St Johns for inviting us along and enjoy your summer break. 

Care home visit. 

On 19/07/2025 I attended Trentham House Care Home, where I had the opportunity to say hello to both staff and residents. I had some great conversations, one of which was inspiring. I met a resident, who despite their health battles, showed such an incredible positive approach to life. I very much look forward to attending again in the very near future.   

Upcoming events 

There are some fantastic events in the very near future. On 09/08/2025 there is the Trentham Community Fun Day, taking place at Trentham Academy, Allerton Road, ST4 8PQ.  

This has been organised by members of the Trentham South Residents Association. It looks to be a fantastic event and I very much look forward to attending. Please note, parking is very limited. 

On 09/08/2025 there is a Summer Fayre taking place at Trentham House Care Home, Chivelstone Grove, ST4 8HN.  It looks to be a fantastic event and I look forward to saying hello to everyone there. 

Police Street Surgeries

On 30/07/2025 there will be a Police Street Surgery at Ferrand Close, 14:30 - 14:45 

On 31/07/2025 there will be a Police Street Surgery at Oldacres Rd (Junction with Monkleigh Cl) 18:45 - 19:00

On 01/08/2025 there will be a Police Street Surgery at Farmadine 18:45 - 19:00

I will shortly be heading out on patrol.
