#ARREST | Two masked youths were observed by Neighbourhood Sgt Kincaid riding an E-Scooter around the Newton area of #Hyde (Wednesday 27th Sept) After a brief foot pursuit, one of the individuals was apprehended and found to be in the possession of a large machete. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of bladed article. Ramifications will also be felt by his parent / guardians, as appropriate referrals will now be made due to his age and nature of offence. We urge all parents to have oversight of their child's activity's when out in public spaces.
