Rogue Traders

We have received reports of males approaching properties on spennells estate, kidderminster offering to cut down trees and hedges, cleaning driveways and offering general building work.  The males initially quote a low “too good to be true” price and once accepted the price escalates upwards

When this amount was questioned by victims the males have then become increasingly aggressive and threatening. 

Genuine traders should always give you a quote for the job in writing, there should also be a 14 day cooling off period on any contract. 

Genuine traders will not change their prices without warning or discussing extra charges first, they should not become aggressive or threatening when collecting the agreed payment.
