Stolen Moped Recovered

Hello residents hope you are all well,

Today evening 2 officers have recovered a stolen moped during an evening patrol around ST Matthews Estate. The owner was contacted straight away and came down to collect it. Youths have been seen riding the moped along with other ones that we have yet to find, if you find a moped you believe to be stolen please contact us straight away.

If you own a motorbike / moped lock up your bike in-front of your residence and place a cover over it, out of sight means out of mind. Thieves would rather steal an easy bike so more precautions means less chances of your bike getting taken.
