Prison sentence for local nuisance

Today South Richmond working with their partners in Richmond Council, secured a conviction for a male who caused a constant issue for Richmond residents. 

Ben Nakoneczny has been a persistent offender on the ward for the last six months, working with the community and partners we managed to secure a criminal behaviour order to try and curb his offending, this didn’t work and will continual breaches he was put before the courts. We are happy to report that he was convicted and sentence to 6 months in prison. 

South Richmond would like to thank the community and its partners for continuous reporting and work to arrest this individual for each and every breach.
