The Safer Neighbourhood Team have been busy today. 
A dispersal is in place across the city giving officer's the power to ask a group of two or more people to leave the dispersal area if they are committing anti-social behaviour, or if we believe they may, or are likely to, cause a nuisance to someone else.
Officers have then sighted a male who was arrested on a recall to prison, whilst officers have continued to conduct hotspot patrols across the city speaking with numerous members of public as well as businesses.

The Safer Neighbourhood Team will be at Barclay's Bank tomorrow (9th October) on St Peters Street 12:30pm until 14:00pm for a crime prevention event. We will have a number of useful information around fraud and how to avoid becoming a victim of fraud and how to safe whilst out in the city centre. Make sure you pop by!
