Police recover 60 stolen mobile phones

Officers from Waltham Forest executed a Section 26 theft act warrant at a locked shop on the borough. They found 60 stolen phones, along with fake apple phones and accessories. One male has been arrested for handling stolen goods. A significant amount of cash was confiscated by police and a further male was arrested for money laundering offences and the possession of drugs with the intent to supply. This was a very successful police operation run by Waltham Forest Officers with stolen property being recovered, drugs taken off the streets and the cash proceeds of crime being seized.
