Theft from a Motorcycle

Dear residents

We are appealing for information after number plates stolen from a motorcycle on Batsman Drive in Rushden.

The theft occurred between the 7th of November 2025 at 11:15pm and the 8th of November 2025 at 1pm on number plates stolen

from the vehicle whilst it was parked on Batsman Drive

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious. Please call us on 101 quoting reference number 25000656619 or report to us online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
