Rowan Recreation Ground

Throughout all of last week, officers were present in the Rowan Recreation Ground area every day, often conducting patrols twice a day to maintain a strong and consistent police presence. During these patrols, officers carried out several stop-and-search interactions where appropriate and continued to monitor activity closely.

We remain committed to continuous patrolling of the area to support community safety and respond promptly to any concerns raised by the public.

Engagement with residents is extremely valuable to our work, and we greatly appreciate the time residents take to speak with us, regardless of the issues they may be experiencing. Their cooperation helps us better understand local needs and tailor our approach accordingly.

We hope that the regular officer visibility in the area will act as an effective deterrent to potential offenders and contribute to a safer, more secure environment for everyone.
