Monday to Sunday for Bodmin Police

So, what does a Monday to Sunday look like for Bodmin Police?

During the week we had over 100 logs (calls). Not all of them are for attendance by Police.

To show some of the variety I have picked a few from each day.

Monday, we had everything from buses on fire to a High-Risk missing person with Dementia.

Tuesday, we dealt with a garden rake on the A30 to a female in Mental Health Crisis.

Wednesday saw Officers arrest an individual for a Domestic Assault and look for missing children that had not shown up for school.

Thursday involved Officers breaking a door down to arrest a suspect for a Domestic Assault.

Friday, we had more Cannabis being ordered through the post, a drug driver at McDonald’s who tested positive for Cocaine and assisting Ambulance with a violent care user.

Saturday started off remarkably busy with the fallout of Friday night drinking. We had a drunk 15-year-old fighting her mum and we arrested a drink driver after a night out who blew 68 at the roadside. Later in the evening we arrested a drunk male for criminal damage and assault.

Sunday we unfortunately had the Fatal Crash on the A38. While dealing with this we also had youths causing issues at the cinema and a patient that ran from the hospital.
