Dear Resident,

We joined the Bobby Scheme in the Alexandra Road and Dogsthorpe Road area earlier this week as part of the Safer Streets 5 project!

In a bid to protect homes from burglars, we installed ten video doorbells and have planned to be back soon to fit even more.

While going door-to-door, we spoke to the residents about their concerns and promoted neighbourhood watch, our community survey and eCops as a great way to get involved in the area and keep up to date about what we have been doing.

We were made aware of an alleyway where residents are experiencing behaviour such as drug use and dealing as well as people urinating, and will be looking to fit a gate to deter those involved and hope to reduce the issue for the residents.
