A 38-year man from Welwyn Garden City was arrested during the early hours of this morning for indecent exposure in the Howlands area.

Officers on routine patrol spotted the man walking in Mount Way naked.  He was arrested shortly after 1.35am this morning. 

He is currently in police custody.

It is linked to 20 similar offences in the area.
