Incident Location: Chorley Road, Swinton.

Date/Time: Late night, Saturday 29/11/2025

Dear Residents and Businesses, 

A successful arrest was carried out following a speeding incident involving a drunk driver. PC Chris Kobewka intercepted the vehicle, conducted a roadside test, and confirmed the driver was over the legal alcohol limit. The offender was arrested, and the vehicle was seized.
