Appeal following Kimpton burglary |
||
|
Officers in North Herts are appealing for witnesses and information after a pewter plate was stolen from a property in Kimpton. On Tuesday 11 November, between 2pm and 3pm, someone entered a property in Church Lane and stole the plate (similar to pictured). Investigating officer DC Natasha Kirchin said: “We are appealing to anyone who has a security camera in operation in that area, to check the footage for any suspicious activity. We would also ask anyone who thinks they have seen the plate since it was stolen or may have been offered it for sale, to get in touch. “Please ensure all valuable items are security marked, photographed and kept secure. Security marking your items will make them easier to locate if stolen.” You can report information direct to DC Kirchin via email. You can also report online, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat at web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/107460/25. Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form (opens in a new window).
