Parcel Theft

I wanted to provide you an update regarding Personal theft (e.g. pick pocketing, no violence used), which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

I wanted to give you an update regarding Parcel Theft around Richmond. Please spread the message to your Neighbours that when ordering Parcels they either need to be in the property to obtain the parcels from the driver or to place in a secure area. We have had a number of reports of individuals stealing parcels. To also protect your belongings please make sure door cameras are working correctly so we can obtain footage if needed.

As a way of tackling this crime we will be patrolling more frequently on areas which have been hit by parcel theft.
