Community Speed Watch - Hatfield

Doncaster East Neighbourhood Officers along with community volunteers have today carried out a speed monitoring operation in Hatfield.

The initial chosen location was Cemetery Road, Hatfield in which 76 vehicles were checked with 8  found to be travelling over the 30mph limit. The highest speed recorded was 40mph.

The second location was Moscroft Lane, Hatfield Woodhouse where 49 vehicles were checked and 7 found to be speeding. The highest speed recorded at this location was 42mph.

We will continue to carry out these Community Speed Watches across the East of Doncaster. If you have any locations you would like monitoring please reply to this alert.

All vehicles recorded travelling over the speed limit will be contacted in the near future.
