Seizure of untaxed vehicle

Afternoon,

In certain circumstances trained officers can seize vehicles that have no tax.

In this case the tax expired more than a year ago!

Untaxed vehicles usually have other issues such as an expired MOT, no insurance or are used in crime.

If you suspect a vehicle is untaxed then please report it through the government website https://www.gov.uk/report-untaxed-vehicle
