Between 1000hrs on Friday 5th December and 0900hrs on Saturday 6th December unknown offender(s) have gained access to an upper floor flat in Melmore Gardens, Cirencester. Once inside they have entered the attic and removed a water boiler, and in doing so have caused damage to the roof.
