A snippet of what Malvern neighbourhood officers have been up to today, whilst we continue our safer streets winter of action campaign.
PC Dave Olczak has been tasking statements and doing CCTV inquiries in Malvern retail park as part of an investigation into several shop lifting offences and has been engaging with shop staff throughout the retail park and in shops around Barnards Green. He also carried out foot patrol in between his inquiries and engagements.
PCSO Ashley Smith and PCSO Kevin Tudge have been patrolling Great Malvern Town engaging with shoppers and pedestrians.
PC Wayne Waldron, PC Matt Waite and PCSO's Collette Carpenter, Pete Godwin and Julie Slatter have been carrying out mobile and foot patrols around the retail park and Malvern Link areas throughout the day.
PCSO's Becky Bullock and Kev Tudge have also been out on cycle patrol around the retail park, Malvern Link, Pickersleigh area and around Barnards Green.
This activity is nothing new for our neighbourhood teams in Malvern. Our officers are regularly out and about on foot, cycling and occasionally in vehicles, keeping your town safe and working as hard as we can to reduce crime and anti social behaviour.
