Man charged with two counts of theft from shop in Haverhill

A man has appeared at court charged with two counts of theft from shop after incidents at businesses in Haverhill.

Tommy Spooner, 23, of Shepherds Court, Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill Community Policing Team on 9 December on suspicion of theft from two businesses in the town on 16 November.

He was subsequently charged and appeared before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 10 December, where he was bailed to appear before Ipswich Crown Court on 12 January 2026.
