Section 34 Dispersal Order - Clifton

Section 34 Dispersal Order put in place from 15:30 hours on Thursday 11th December until 15:30 hours on Saturday 13th of December. 

Due to ongoing ASB issues around Clifton - Southchurch Drive Tram Stop, Clifton Library, Clifton Cornerstone, Holbrook Court with large groups of children aged 10 -16 mainly gathering and causing Anti Social Behaviour. 

Officers have additional powers to direct people to leave a designed area and if suspected of Anti Social Behaviour. 

Failure  to comply with direction to leave under the Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 is an offence which could result in arrest.
