Location: Rainham Library, 1 Birling Avenue, Rainham, Kent, ME8 7LR PC Dave Mills and PC Christopher Snell will be in the library foyer offering: Property Marking: Use our limited supply of Selecta DNA kits to mark gifts and household items, making them easier to identify if stolen. We will be joined by colleagues from our Rural Task Force who will be bringing equipment that can mark tools.
