Tyldesley - Shoplifting & CBO Breach Charges

Following an investigation by the Tyldesley Neighbourhood Team, Sean Patrick Murray (born 30/09/1985) has been charged with two counts of theft (shoplifting) and two breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order.

The offences took place at ALDI, Tyldesley, earlier this month.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear before Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning.
