Good News Story - 13/12/25 - Breach of CBO (10 week custodial sentence) |
Police in Wealdstone have successfully secured a custodial sentence for a prolific offender who breached his Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) on the 13th December 2025. The individual, who has a long history of violent offences, was arrested after being found shoplifting in Asda on Wealdstone High Street, in which he is explicitly banned from entering under the terms of his CBO.
Officers acted swiftly after receiving reports that the offender had entered the premises, in clear violation of the court-imposed restrictions designed to protect local businesses and the community. Following his arrest, he was charged and appeared before the magistrates, where he received a 10-week custodial sentence.
This outcome demonstrates our commitment to tackling repeat offending and supporting local retailers. Criminal Behaviour Orders are a vital tool in preventing persistent offenders from causing harm, and breaches will not be tolerated.
